Our cancellation policy is that there are NO REFUNDS. We offer a RESERVATION CREDIT good for two years to be used only at the Puerto Plata or Caberete locations in the Dominican Republic. There are no refunds or credits for any unused portion of your reservation. Cancellations must be made no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any cancellation after 30 days will cause the room fee to be forfeited.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at any of the Lifestyle locations.
Yes, transportation will be arranged for your party's pick- up from the Puerto Plata Airport (POP) in the Dominican Republic and Dubai International Airport in Dubai. Transportation is not provided in Mexico.
An all-Inclusive resort vacation is a vacation reservation where all meals and on-site entertainment are included in the price that you pay. You have access to shows, activities, meals, and drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic for the duration of your stay. Excursions, and off-site tours and activities cost extra and can be paid for at your check-in lobby.
The all-inclusive is mandatory at Lifestyles Resort in Puerto Plata, All Ritmo and Grand Matlali in Mexico.
